I need a good program to update all my music files.

I use a bit of everything but mostly Napster for downloads and Windows Media player for play back. I have a number of CDs I have ripped that do not have the correct information etc. Is there a good program out there that will catalog and organise mp3,wma's, Wavs, etc. Currently I use a Mpio, a Samsung 1 gig and am considering a larger disk driven player as well. I want to eliminate duplicate songs etc.
