Greetings All,
May I humbly present myself, Katdammer NSkinner, a humble paladin of 70 seasons. I have applied for membership in thy auguste membership. I know not what access the membership has to my credentials as presented to your mighty leadership so allow me to address you here.
I have roamed the realm of Norrath these past three years. Like all simple travelers in this world I have have my good times and my bad. Friends have been made, Foes have been vanquished and the rightious have prevailed. Alas, I have been forced to keep the company of shadow Knights and Rogues from time to time, but a few fine dwarven ales have suitably purged my mind of memories of such occasions.
Know thee this. I value friendship over skills, fair play for all over personal gain. A paladin is concerned with the good of all not just the good of oneself. My sword is ever at your command.

O.K. enough of the pali talk! Hello eveyone! As you can tell I am a bit of a comic and know how to "shovel it". In any event I look forward to meeting you all on line. Alas, I chose a bad week to apply as this Easter week will see my playtime unusually restricted. Rest assured on normal weeks I am on virtually every night. I love working quests, DONs, LDONs etc. I am up for just about anything as long as it includes good comraderie. I have been playing EQ for 3 years now and have two lower toons in addition to Kat but Kat is my first love in EQ and gets most of my attention. I have been playing paladins in Dungeons & Dragons since 1978 (Yes, I really am that old). In real life I am an old retired Air Force NCO. I currently write Missile Defense Simulations on Crays and Octanes for the DOD. I love Astronomy and Skiing and am active as an Assistant Scoutmaster in my son's Boy Scout Troop.
In game I like to have a good time. In two of my past guilds I actually got the official title of "Guild Jester"! While I like to clown around you can rest assured that I pay attention in Raids and do what I am assigned to do. I role play my paladin only slightly (if I truly role played him I would drive you up a wall!). I am constantly looking for ways to improve my game so never hesitate to advise and correct me. I have been told that Katdammer is pretty darn good at holding aggro so you nuking types feel free to test my mettle (just be sure we are near a zone line....lol).
Once again I apologize for the slow start this week. Rest assured I will be on when possible and things will get better after Easter. Until then,
